Good function poor application
I love being able to pick from Mathems good selection of organic products and getting them delivered straight to my door step. Products are fresh and delivery trustworthy. The application design however leaves a lot to wish for. It is hard to get an overview and feedback/feed forward is not clear which makes it scary to place an order, even scarier to edit one... It also seems impossible to place a new order until the last one has been delivered.

Works as designed; poorly designed
The service is of five-star quality. Yet this is to rate the applications functions, features and the value it provides the user. No glitches or annoying bugs. We shop 6-9 times a month and the service is punctual, delivery drivers call ahead and are courteous, groceries are of high quality and the fruits & vegetables are well picked. The opportunity is with the app itself. There should have been thought put into the convenience of login in (remember me), looking up old orders (calendar feature?) and recommendations based on previous orders. The app is basic. Im sure it can benefit from a review and a possible rewrite. I love the service, yet the app does make it "jobbigt".
